Case of the Ex

Every relationship has one. Unless this is you very first one and you're, I don't know, 12 years OLD, you have had an issue with you man's [or woman's] ex poppin they ass back in the picture to stur up some DRAMA!

Alot of time these idiots know they are bringing problems by trying to keep in contact with you new found boo. They know it, and you boo knows it. But for you, this is a test. A test to see if you can still trust them, avoid looking through they -ish. A test to see if you're that insecure that you're worried they would really go back to the past. A test of the relationship itself. And while they are waiting to see if you pass, deep inside you know you already failed. Its not that you don't trust him [or her], it's the ex you don't trust. You've already checked the Blackberry and the Facebook messages and saw the little messages of "How's your NEW relationship going?", and you've heard the constant excuse of, "Man we just friends. They in a relationship TOO!" *giggles*

But I understand why so many of us fail this test. Because we don't see the point. What is the point of remaining friends? Unfortunately we have all played both sides of the field and everytime the score is 0-0. I wish I had the answer to this one...But my best advise to all those who feel the need to remain in contact with your ex [for whatever reason], IF YOU VALUE YOUR RELATIONSHIP, REMOVE ALL THOSE YOU WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU OUT OF ONE.

Baby mamas are the only exception. Make it work...for the kids atleast *sigh*
