I found a pretty interesting article on Consumerist.com on the now famous company Cash4Gold. You guys, I'm sure, have seen the commercial advertising that you can send in your old jewelry [gold, sterling, etc] and they will pay you top dollar for it, sending it within 24hrs of them receiving the pieces. Well it seems that some old employees from Cash4Gold did not like the way it was conducting business and decided to talk about it. I always thought that Cash4Gold was some sort of scam. I figured that they would either take your gold, wait forever then send you a bogus check, or they would take your gold say it was worth then leave you with $50 for jewelry worth possibly $300. Well guess what? My guess was right. Seems this company has been scamming a whole lot of folks and I hope you all read into it before you even consider mailing them anything at all.
