VH1 Goes Back In Time

Last night, VH1 Premiered the return of it's 90s early 2000s Documentary Series "Behind The Music" For those of you who are too young to remember, 'BTM' highlighted the lives of Recording Artist that we normal fans/viewers would not know about. Drugs, abuse, lies, lawsuits, if they did, VH1 showed it. Well one day VH1 aired a Reality Show and 'BTM' was lost for ever....or so we thought...

The first Artist to be shined on was of course Lil Wayne. Rumor has it that the only other artist to sign on to the series is former STP/Velvet Revolver front-man Scott Weiland [cue the Owls]. Unfortunately that leaves 8 slots still open. Hmmm...I have a feeling Jay-Z and Beyonce are going to have a spot as well as T.I. [Like there ain't been enough as it is] I'll probably only watch it because I LOVE Documentaries and I really did miss 'VH1a Behind The Music'. Haha

Missed it? Check the link for the Lil Wayne Edition...

I am glad that VH1 showed this...once again proves to me why he represents a bunch of foolishness. Honestly, he was a decent person for doing what he did after Hurricane Katrina but the whole cup conversation made me realize why some people dislike him. Whether he likes it or not he is a role model to children and hell some adults even follow his stupidity. So when you're in the public eye you have to be watchful and careful of what you do. So many children grow up thinking that it's ok to act that way despite their parents trying to steer them otherwise...bottom line entertainment determines the way in which urban children go...we must do better!
